The 84th lecture of the “Adventus Amicorum” salon series was held on May 29, 2026, at the Institute of Country and Region Studies, Peking University (PKUICRS).

From May 10 to 23, 2026, at the invitation of the Institute of Country and Region Studies at Peking University, Prof. Punchada Sirivunnabood, dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Mahidol University in Thailand and a professor of political science, visited the Institute as a visiting scholar under the “Country and Region Studies in a Global Context and Inter-Regional Knowledge Partnership” program.
